SUP, acronym of "Stand Up Paddle", is a discipline that consists of paddling standing on a board similar to a surf. It’s definitely the most fun and relaxing sport activity at the same time.
Learning the right technique is very important, and allows you to have fun in any condition, all year round. At our school, in fact, you can choose from many boards, rigid and inflatable, walk, wave or race.
You can choose between two types of lessons: Basic and PRO
The lesson starts on the ground, and after 15 minutes of theory you go to the test in water. In total the lesson will last about an hour and a half, and depending on the weather conditions you can take advantage of an excursion to Polvese Island.
Basic lesson: Dedicated to those who approach SUP for the first time. You will be followed step by step to find the right balance easily, quickly and especially by performing the correct movement
PRO Lesson: Our club, in addition to the certificates from Instructor ISA-FISW, boasts of 3 Italian titles in the world of SUP race. This lesson is dedicated to those who want to approach a sports SUP, will be made with boards 12'6 (those used in races), the technique is corrected to have a rowing right, clean and effective in all conditions
